| July 1, 2003 | Deadline for authors with accepted and invited papers to register and submit the minimum $180 publication fee or early discounted registration fees. Balance of registration fees (non-discounted) may be paid on site at the conference. Paper publication fee is due for each paper (regular and invited) to be included in proceedings. Any paper for which the publication fee or early registration fee has not been paid by this date will NOT be included in the proceedings. |
